The IM, refers to the process by which, in the local of miocardicas heart cells are destroyed permanently and in stable angina pectoris, the IM and usually caused by reduced blood flow in a coronary artery due to atherosclerosis (plate of fat) or occlusion complete an artery through a thrombus.The embolism or other causes of a vessel spasm include IM (constriction or sudden narrowing) of a coronary artery, among others reduced the supply of oxygen that can occur through a blood loss, anemia, low blood pressure.


Symptoms

- Pain in the chest
- Suor, skin cold and sticky
- Pallor
low-pressure or high
Pulse-slow or strong
palpita-tions, difficulty in breathing, anxiety
- disorientation
- unrest
- Dizziness, weaknesses
- Pain, headache, vomiting, hiccup
- formication, fatigue


Treatment
Sleep absolute and referral to the hospital emergency.
